Product Return Policy – A.L.N.A. Investments Ltd.

  1. General 1.1. A.L.N.A. Investments Ltd. (the “Company”) is committed to customer satisfaction and operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. 1.2. This policy applies to all products sold on the website https://aloe-formula.com, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  2. Conditions for Returning Products 2.1. Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. 2.2. The product must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories. 2.3. The original purchase invoice or other proof of purchase must be included with the return.
  3. Product Return Process 3.1. Contact customer service by phone or email to obtain return authorization. 3.2. After receiving authorization, pack the product securely and send it to the address provided by the company. 3.3. The cost of shipping for the return is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered by mistake.
  4. Refunds 4.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the company will issue a refund within 14 business days. 4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 4.3. For credit card purchases, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on the account statement.
  5. Exchanging Products 5.1. Products can be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference). 5.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  6. Non-Returnable Products 6.1. Custom-made products. 6.2. Food products, dietary supplements, or products for immediate use that have been opened. 6.3. Digital downloads or digital content that has been downloaded. 6.4. Additional products as specified by the Consumer Protection Law.
  7. Defective Products 7.1. In the event of receiving a defective product, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. 7.2. The company will provide a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  8. Remote Transaction Cancellation 8.1. For remote transactions, the transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later. 8.2. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
